Bob Guilbert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the managed service provider (MSP) sector and private equity advisory. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Vestar Capital Partners since March 2022, Bob provides insights on MSP operations and M&A opportunities. As an Advisor to the Board at Omega Systems, Bob guides strategic initiatives in a leading MSP and managed security service provider focused on security-conscious industries. Bob is also the Principal at RJGuilbert Consulting, advising private equity firms on MSP best practices and operational due diligence. Previously, Bob held various senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Eze Castle Integration, where significant growth was achieved in client base and revenues.
