Catherine Foune

Catherine Foune is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in fermentation and downstream processing, currently employed at Vestaron since 2008, where responsibilities include managing production databases and logistics. Previously, Catherine served as a Laboratory Technician at Western Michigan University from 2003 to 2008, handling method development and troubleshooting for various biochemical techniques. Earlier experience includes a role as a Resource Recovery & Natural Resource Agent at Michigan State University Extension from 1998 to 2001, focusing on managing Master Gardener and Master Composter programs and delivering educational presentations on natural resource topics. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Biology from Andrews University and a B.Sc. in Crop & Soil Science from Michigan State University, complemented by an Associate degree in Chemical Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
