Freddie Andreasen

VP, Module Owner, Power System Integration

Freddie Andreasen is currently the Vice President of Power System Integration at Vestas, where they lead global initiatives in grid modeling and analysis, power plant controls, and electrical infrastructure to facilitate the transition to renewable energy. With extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, Freddie previously held senior roles within Vestas, including Director of Plant Power Systems and Senior Director of Electrical Power & Control. Their career began in the Danish Army as a spokesman, followed by positions at SPX Process Equipment and as an engineering trainee at GRUNDFOS. Freddie also contributed to organizations such as Bjerringbro-Silkeborg Håndbold and CEES - Center for Electrical Energy Systems as a board member. They earned degrees in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Ingeniørhøjskolen Aarhus and Fachhochschule Kempten.
