Henriette Thygesen

Henriette Hallberg Thygesen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Terma Group since August 2024 and holds non-executive director positions at ISS A/S and Vestas, both established in April 2024. Thygesen's prior experience includes being a board member at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines from March 2021 to September 2024, and serving as EVP and Chief Customer Delivery Officer and EVP, CEO Fleet & Strategic Brands at A.P. Moller - Maersk from January 2020 to February 2024. Additional roles include Chairman at Maersk Supply Service, a position held from June 2019 to June 2023, and vice-chairman at COWI from April 2017 to April 2022. Thygesen also chaired Damco Forwarding and served as CEO of Svitzer, further contributing to Damco’s leadership in North Asia and in global operational processes. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Columbia University and London Business School, a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Analysis and Modelling from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by a Master's in International Management.
