Jackie Highsmith

Jackie Highsmith currently serves as Vice President and Head of Manufacturing for the AME Region at Vestas, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Jackie was a Strategic Supplier Leader at GE Aviation from April 2022 and held multiple positions at GE Renewable Energy from March 2018 to April 2022, including North America Blade Service Manager and Plant Director. Jackie also has extensive experience at GE Aviation as an Executive Site Leader and Operations Leader, focusing on manufacturing processes and workforce development. Earlier career experience includes a position as a Supervisor at Chrysler. Jackie earned a Master of Science degree from Purdue University in 2003.
