Kaj Dam Madsen

Kaj Dam Madsen has extensive experience in the field of noise, vibration, and acoustics within the wind turbine industry, currently serving as Head of Technical Management for Product Functions at Vestas since May 2012. Over the years, Madsen has held various leadership roles, including Senior Product Function Lead for Noise, EMC & Lightning, and Managing Senior Specialist for Noise & Vibration in Turbines R&D. Prior to Vestas, Madsen worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager at DELTA, managing teams and projects related to noise and vibration testing in the machinery industry, and served as a Specialist in Noise & Vibration at Teknologisk Institut, focusing on consultancy and structural dynamics. Madsen holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University, earned in 1986.
