Karl Axel Petursson

Karl Axel Petursson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of electronics and systems engineering, currently serving as the Architecture Owner for Functional Architecture at Vestas since January 2010. In this role, Karl leads efforts in modularization and functional architecture for Vestas R&D. Prior positions include Senior Specialist in Systems Engineering, focusing on product development methods, and Engineering Technical Management Specialist, where responsibilities involved implementing modular product development practices. Karl has a strong background in electrical systems integration, automation engineering, and product design, with earlier roles at Ossur, RTS Engineering, and Dansk System Elektronik.
