Mohanasundaram Ganapathy

Mohanasundaram Ganapathy is an experienced structural engineer currently serving as an Assistant Lead at Vestas since October 2024. With prior experience as an Assistant Lead Engineer at Senvion India, Mohanasundaram played a key role in the new product development of 4.0 MW wind turbine components from conceptualization to certification. At TE Connectivity, significant contributions were made as a Product Development Engineer II in medical component development, utilizing multiple FEA iterations for cost-effective design optimization. Additionally, as an FEA engineer at Valeo, responsibilities included validating clutch and flywheel components under various loading conditions using Ansys workbench simulations. Earlier, as a System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, work involved analysis of Rolls Royce aero engine components. Academic credentials include a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, expected in December 2025, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, completed in 2015.
