Morten Dyrholm is the Group SVP, Marketing Communications & Public Affairs at Vestas. Morten has over a decade of experience in the wind energy industry, having worked their way up from Policy Analyst to Director over the course of their career.

Dyrholm began their career as a Policy Analyst for Vestas Wind Technology China Co. Ltd. Beijing Branch in September 2008. In this role, they were responsible for devising global lobby strategies and performance management systems. Morten also provided corporate support to Vestas in China, India, South Korea, and Japan.

In September 2009, Dyrholm was promoted to Policy Advisor for Vestas Wind Systems A/S. In this role, they were responsible for devising global lobby strategies and performance management systems. Morten also provided corporate support to Vestas in China, India, South Korea, and Japan.

In April 2010, Dyrholm was promoted to Director of Policy Advisor for Vestas Wind Systems A/S. In this role, they were responsible for Global Trade & Market access issues, Key Account Management, Strategy & Performance Management. Morten also supported the Government Relations teams in China, Asia Pacific and Brussels.

In April 2014, Dyrholm was promoted to Vice President of Public Affairs for Vestas Wind Systems A/S. In this role, they were responsible for the company’s public affairs strategy and execution globally.

In February 2016, Dyrholm was promoted to Vice President of Global Marketing and Public Affairs for Vestas Wind Systems A/S. In this role, they were responsible for the company’s marketing and public affairs strategy and execution globally.

In August 2016, Dyrholm was promoted to Group SVP, Marketing Communications & Public Affairs at Vestas. In this role, they are responsible for the company’s marketing communications and public affairs strategy and execution globally.

Morten Dyrholm has a BA in Political Science from the University of Aarhus, as well as a Supplementary Degree in Communication & Journalism from Danmarks Journalisthøjskole. Morten also completed an Advanced Chinese Language program at Tongji University. Morten has two Masters degrees, one in Political Science/Chinese Politics from Aarhus University, and another in Chinese Politics from Peoples University (Aarhus).

Morten Dyrholm reports to Henrik Andersen, President & CEO. They work with Rasmus Lundsgaard Nielsen - Group SVP, Corporate Strategy, Thomas Alsbjerg - EVP, Digital Solutions and Development, and Javier Rodriguez Diez - Executive Vice President & CSO. A direct report to Morten Dyrholm is and Anders Riis - Head of Communications.
