Thomas Bregenov

Thomas Bregenov is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the wind energy sector and project management. Currently serving as COO CAPEX Business Partner at Vestas since January 2022, Thomas previously held positions at Vestas Offshore Wind and MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, specializing in finance controlling for pre-assembly and logistics in offshore turbine projects. Prior to these roles, Thomas worked at Suzlon Energy A/S as an OMS Controller, managing operation and maintenance contracts across several regions, and at REpower Systems Northern Europe A/S as Global Commodity Manager for Steel, providing business support and KPI reporting. Thomas began his career at FLSmidth, where responsibilities included division controlling and project forecasting. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Management Accounting & Information Systems from Aalborg University.
