Vanessa Benedetti

Vanessa Benedetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development and operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Training Operations & Workforce Development at Vestas since August 2008. In this role, Vanessa ensures the delivery of world-class technical training for Service Technicians in North America. Previous positions include Senior Director of Workforce Development and Director of Real Estate & Events, where Vanessa oversaw critical facilities management and workforce strategies across multiple locations. Additionally, Vanessa has contributed as a Workforce Development Consultant for the American Clean Power Association and previously directed corporate sales at Kahala Caterers. Early career roles also include marketing coordination at Nike. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Monterey Bay.
