Tom Verbaken

Tom Verbaken is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving in acquisitions and development at Vesteda since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant for Residential Investments at Savills Nederland from October 2020 to July 2022, where involvement included advising international institutional and private investors on residential assets in the Netherlands. Previous positions at Amvest and CBRE provided foundational experience in residential investment research and office market analysis, respectively. Tom's academic background includes a Master's in Economic Geography and a Pre-master in Human/Economic Geography from Utrecht University, as well as a degree from Leiden University.
