Trent McKnight

Trent McKnight is an experienced agricultural leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as Operating Partner at VestedWorld since May 2018, where expertise in agribusiness and technology is provided to an Africa-focused venture capital fund. As the Founder and President of AgriCorps, established in August 2013, Trent has fielded 56 fellows, positively impacting 65,000 students annually in developing countries through school-based agricultural education. Trent also manages the family-owned McKnight Ranch, a 145-year-old cattle operation, and has a history of community service as the Founder and President of the Throckmorton Beautification Committee, which raised over $5 million for rural development projects. Previous roles include Agricultural Economist at the Borlaug Institute, a leadership role with the Texas Student Leadership Forum, and a board position with Olney Bancshares. Academically, Trent holds a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
