David Detrez possesses extensive experience in customer service and communications, currently serving as a CS Community Manager focused on e-reputation defense at Vestiaire Collective since September 2017. Responsibilities include optimizing and streamlining customer care services, standardizing processes, monitoring KPIs, and providing cross-service reporting.
