Hugo Almeida

Hugo Almeida is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Vestiaire Collective since February 2022, Hugo previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Farfetch from May 2017 to February 2022. With a strong foundation in software engineering, Hugo worked at Indra for over a decade in various roles including Senior Software Engineer, Software Architect, and Solutions Manager as well as a Consultant. Earlier experience includes a teaching position at Lusoinfo and consultancy work at ITPeers. Hugo Almeida holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
