Shailesh Mota is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in mobile engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Vestiaire Collective, Shailesh drives CRM and engagement features while leading cross-functional teams to enhance scalability and support business strategies. Previous roles include Mobile Engineering Manager and Android Technical Lead, where Shailesh focused on optimizing app performance and aligning technical initiatives with business goals. Shailesh's earlier experience includes software engineering positions at Nokia Software and Comptel Fwd Oy, and a significant tenure at Samsung Electronics, where customized connectivity solutions for the Galaxy smartphone series were developed. Shailesh holds dual Master's degrees in Mobile Computing and Security from Aalto University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
