Prior to joining Vestigo, Tom was a Managing Director at Copper Shade Strategy, LLC, a boutique consulting firm they founded in 2016.

Tom has also served on the board of directors or as a strategic advisor for Kyriba, Finomial, Sernova Financial, and Ultimus Fund Solutions. In 2021, they stepped down from their board seat at Kyriba but remains involved as an investor and advisor.
