Lei Deng

Lei Deng serves as the Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Vestis Corporation since March 2024. Prior experience includes a substantial tenure at CHEP, where Lei held multiple senior director roles, focusing on digital customer solutions, asset productivity, marketing, and market insights, all geared toward driving growth and revenue through strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes a role as Sales Effectiveness Leader at GE Digital Energy, implementing best practices for sales organizations, and consulting as a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon, advising on strategy and operations for retail and consumer products.
