Shawn Flanagan

Shawn Flanagan has extensive experience in supply chain management and analytics. Shawn currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain Network Optimization at Vestis Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Mattress Firm as the Director of Strategic Inventory Planning & Deployment from 2020 to 2023 and also as the Director of Supply Chain Analytics and Omni-Channel Logistics from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Mattress Firm, Shawn served as the Procurement Director at R1 RCM from 2018 to 2020, where they managed a significant indirect category in supplier spending. Shawn also has experience in supply chain leadership roles at CHEP, where they served as the Supply Chain Director from 2016 to 2018, the Inventory Optimization Planning and Analytics Manager from 2014 to 2016, and the Global Quality Analytics Manager from 2010 to 2014. Shawn began their career at Walt Disney World as a Human Resource employee in 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in supply chain analytics, strategic planning, inventory management, and team leadership.

Shawn Flanagan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems and a minor in Production/Operations Management from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Shawn also holds additional certifications including Black Belt Certification (BB) and Green Belt Certification (GB) from CHEP, as well as Qlikview certification from QlikView for Enterprises, which were obtained in 2010, 2009, and 2009 respectively.
