Hege Instanes

Hege Instanes has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Vestland fylkeskommune since October 2023, where responsibilities include representing the employer in negotiations with trade unions and engaging with chief union representatives. Prior to this role, Hege worked at Universitetet i Bergen as a Payroll HR Specialist from August 2021 to October 2023, managing payroll-related cases, and held the position of HR Advisor at BIR Bedrift AS for a brief period in 2021, providing support in HR matters. Previous experience also includes a role as a Customer Consultant at Sparebanken Vest from March 2019 to April 2021, and internships in HR responsibilities.
