Tim Gourley

Tim Gourley has over 27 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as a Programmer at c.w. costello. Tim then joined Kforce Professional Staffing in 1996 as a Recruitment Manager, where they managed a team of recruiters and achieved successful revenue growth. In 2003, they started working at East Coast Search LLC as a Corporate Recruiter/Principal, specializing in recruiting senior to executive level candidates for technology and Fortune 500 industrial clients. Notably, they played a key role in hiring the management team for a rapidly growing SaaS company and identifying HR and Compensation leaders for a Fortune 500 industrial client. In 2020, Tim worked as a Contract Corporate Recruiter at Empire State Realty Trust, assisting with recruiting efforts for the company's expansion. Currently, they are employed at Vestmark as the Director of Talent Acquisition, a role they have held since 2023.

Tim Gourley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, where they attended from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Tim has also acquired various certifications and qualifications in different areas such as trading, hiring, recruitment, coaching, and first aid. Some of these certifications were obtained from institutions such as Vestmark, Greenhouse Software, LinkedIn, ADP, National Federation of State High School Associations, and SOLO Wilderness Medical School.
