Rico Blaser

Rico Blaser has held various roles throughout their work experience. Rico began their career at Morgan Stanley in 2005, where they served as Vice President of Principal Strategies until 2009. Following this, they co-founded Empirical Strategies and served as a partner until 2010. In 2011, they joined Morgan Stanley again, this time as Vice President of Fixed Income Derivatives until 2012. From 2013 to 2017, Blaser worked at Zürcher Kantonalbank as the Head of Cash & Delta-1 Trading. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at vestr, a company that provides a platform for digitizing the life-cycle management of actively managed investment products.

Rico Blaser has attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rico then pursued their Master of Science degree at the University of Oxford. Currently, they are enrolled in The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in an undisclosed field of study.
