Cecilie B. Løken

Cecilie B. Løken is the current Director of Technology at Vestre Viken HF. Cecilie has also previously worked as the Avdelingsleder at Direktoratet for samfunnssikkerhet og beredskap (DSB) from March 2017 to March 2018, and as the Avdelingsdirektør at Direktoratet for nødkommunikasjon from April 2007 to February 2017.

Løken has been a part of DNK's leadership group since the department's establishment in 2007, and they were responsible for building up the department to take over delivery from development projects and to manage the emergency network nationwide. In 2012, they became the Communications Director and established DNK's communications department with a communications strategy, press office and information campaign. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Department Director for System Management and Operations / Technical Administration. In this role, they were responsible for the technical administration and operation of the emergency network on behalf of the state. In 2016, they became the Department Director for Technical Administration.

Løken has also been responsible for budgeting for the emergency network's operational contract.

Cecilie B. Løken has a degree in civil engineering with a focus in data technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Cecilie also has a masters degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble. In addition, they have completed a leadership program at BI Norwegian Business School with a focus in healthcare administration and management.

Cecilie B. Løken reports to Lisbeth Sommervoll, CEO. Cecilie B. Løken works with Halfdan Aass - Director of Medicine, Stein-Are Agledal - Clinic Director, Kongsberg Hospital, and Henning Aarset - Director of Communications & Public Relations.
