Robert Nystuen

Robert Nystuen currently holds the positions of Spesialrådgiver and Direktør Teknologi (konstituert) at Vestre Viken HF since November 2022. Robert previously served as Avdelingsdirektør at The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth from June 2017 to November 2022, and as CIO at Vestre Viken HF from July 2009 to June 2017. Additionally, Robert has extensive experience in healthcare and technology roles spanning back to 1994, including positions such as Rådgiver IKT and Sykepleier in various healthcare facilities, and leadership roles in eHealth. Robert's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from NTNU, a Master's in Health Informatics from Aalborg University, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Oslo and Akershus University College.
