Tamir Kalderon

Tamir Kalderon is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations and project management, particularly within the insurance sector, as evidenced by the role of Sales Operations Manager and Project Management Officer at an InsurTech Startup from April 2022 to June 2024. Prior to this, Tamir had a distinguished military career in the Israeli Navy from March 2016 to November 2020, where leadership roles included Major and Naval Squadron Commander of "Cassif," overseeing security missions and complex operations, as well as serving as a Captain in the Operations Department, contributing to the establishment of new operational headquarters and planning naval operations. Tamir also commanded various fast patrol boats, leading teams in numerous maritime operations while honing skills in training and development of personnel. Educational qualifications include advanced naval command from the Israeli Naval Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Haifa.
