Bailey Hughes

Bailey Hughes has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. They began as a Tea Associate at Olde World Tea Company for about a year and a half. In 2015, they interned at Huntington Ingalls Industries working in the Treasury department, gaining experience in various areas such as risk management, banking and capital markets, pensions and trusts, cash management, and governance, risk, and compliance. In 2016, Bailey interned at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust as a Finance Intern. Later that year, they worked as a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. They continued their journey at J.P. Morgan, working as an Analyst from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Bailey joined Vestwell, initially as a Business Development & Strategy Associate. They subsequently held the positions of AVP, Partnership Success, and Director, Strategic Partnerships before becoming the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, which is their current role.

Bailey Hughes attended Virginia Tech from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA. Bailey'sfield of study at Virginia Tech was Finance and International Business.
