Kavita Kusumgar-Harris

Kavita Kusumgar-Harris currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Vestwell, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kavita was the VP, Head of Talent and Learning & Development for dentsu Media, where responsibilities included developing Learning & Development frameworks for over 3,000 employees during a centralization process. From October 2005 to January 2020, Kavita directed and established Carat USA’s inaugural Learning & Development department, significantly influencing technical and professional development within the organization. Earlier career positions included various roles in communications and media planning for clients such as Diageo and P&G. Kavita holds Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.
