Agnieszka Tomczak

Agnieszka Tomczak has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Chief Human Resources Officer at Vesuvius since October 2018. Prior to that, they held various HR Director positions at AkzoNobel, including Global Business Area Decorative Paints, Global Business Unit Industrial Coatings, and Global Business Unit Packaging Coatings. Before joining AkzoNobel, they were HR and Administration Director at Colgate-Palmolive for Poland and the Baltic Countries, and Human Resources Director at LEAF, Poland. Agnieszka also worked as an Organization Development Manager at PepsiCo and HR Coordinator at Colgate-Palmolive.

Agnieszka Tomczak earned their Master's degree in Rehabilitation of Socially Maladjusted from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University (Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej) between 1985 and 1991. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they attended Kozminski University to study Business Administration and Management, General, but did not receive an MBA diploma.
