Robert Wontor

Robert Wontor, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and advanced manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the Global Manufacturing Engineering Senior Project Manager at Vesuvius, Robert oversees strategic projects for the Flow Control & Advanced Refractories Divisions, providing leadership to project managers and managing a significant industrial program with a capital expenditure exceeding 20 million euros. Previous roles include Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Project Engineering at Shiloh Industries, where Robert led project teams across multiple European plants, and Manager of Program Management at Tenneco, focusing on strategy and project portfolio development for the Clean Air Division. Additional experiences include managerial positions at WABCO and TRW, where Robert developed manufacturing sites, managed large project teams, and implemented quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Automation and Robotics from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
