Karen Bailey is an experienced Senior Instructional Designer with a robust background in developing and rectifying educational materials across various sectors. Currently employed at VETASSESS, responsibilities include crafting RPL documents for recognizing overseas qualifications in the Electrotechnology sector. Previous positions include rectifying units for the Diploma of AOD, Cert IV Community Service, and Cert IV in Aged Care at Chisholm Institute, along with similar roles at eWorks and Edutemps, focusing on assessment and learning material development. Karen has also contributed as an Instructional Designer and Compliance Consultant at Qualify and participated in the La Trobe University Accelerator Program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from a Private RTO, and a Certificate IV in Design from ISCD.
