Marie Andriopoulos possesses extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently, Marie serves as the Manager of Customer Service and Experience at VETASSESS, a leading assessment partner in Australia. In addition to this role, Marie holds several prominent positions, including Deputy Chairman of the Auscontact Committee for Victoria and a Judge for the National Excellence Awards Program. Furthermore, Marie is a member of the judging panel for the Australian Service Excellence Awards at the CSIA Customer Service Institute of Australia. Previous experience includes positions as National Customer Service Manager at Adairs Retail Group, Contact Centre Manager at Futurity Investment Group and PROBE Group, and various roles at EnergyAustralia and Foxtel. Marie holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Counseling Psychology from Monash University.
