Wendy Paul

Wendy Paul serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Growing Future Farmers since January 2023 and holds a Board Member position at Veterinary Enterprises Group Ltd. Previously, Wendy Paul had a notable career at Fonterra from November 2004 to January 2023, with various leadership roles including Director Culture and Wellbeing and GM Customer Service and Supply Chain. Wendy Paul has successfully led initiatives focusing on governance, organizational change, crisis management, and sustainable supply chain management, achieving significant cost savings and implementing best-in-class frameworks. Additionally, Wendy Paul has served as an External Board Member for the New Zealand Ministry of Defence and has extensive experience in export management and marine surveying. Wendy Paul holds degrees in International Freight Management and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa, as well as a Maritime Diploma from Durban University of Technology.
