Jonathan Wells has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jonathan currently works at Veterans Alliance as a Lead National Aviation Recruiter & Veteran Advocate, where they help veterans transition from the military to the private sector. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at APA Services, Inc. as a Regional Recruiting Production Manager, managing client accounts and collaborating with hiring managers and maintenance leadership. Jonathan also has a long history with the US Navy, serving as a Talent Scout Military Recruiter, Aviation Programs Manager/Senior Instructor, and Aviation Operations Manager. Additionally, Jonathan worked at Hire G.I. as a Corporate Recruiter, where they provided recruiting expertise and support to diverse industry clients, managed accounts, and mentored junior recruiters.
Jonathan Wells earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel General from American Military University between 2019 and 2022. Prior to this, they attended Central Texas College from 2002 to 2004, and Sierra College from 1997 to 1999 where they focused on Fire Science/Fire-fighting.
