Steve Santich

Steve Santich has a diverse and successful work history. Steve is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Veterans Alliance, where they focus on helping veterans transition from the military to the private sector. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2019, they served as the CEO/Owner of Talentscale, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides military aircraft maintenance, modification, and logistics services. In this role, they led the sales force and recruiting team, driving employee development and sales growth across the nation. Before Talentscale, from 1999 to 2011, Steve worked at Aerotek, where they held various positions including Senior Account Executive and West Region Divisional Manager/Director of Sales and Business Operations. During their time at Aerotek, they were responsible for leading a division with a large sales and recruitment team, achieving significant revenue growth and securing major national agreements with prominent clients.

Steve Santich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Organizational Management & Behavior from Santa Clara University between 1994 and 1998.
