Ariel Coccimiglio

Ariel Coccimiglio has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. They started their career in 2008 as a Contact Coordinator at iFreedom Direct Corporation, where they provided customer service and sales support. While there, they also worked as a System Analyst, testing software functionality and identifying problem areas.

In 2014, Ariel joined iFreedom Direct Corporation and Veterans First Mortgage as a Contact Center Supervisor. They then progressed to become the Contact Center Operations Manager at Veterans First Mortgage in 2015, where they were responsible for managing vendor relationships and aligning marketing strategies with sales efforts and business goals.

Currently, Ariel holds the position of Head of Marketing Operations at Veterans First Mortgage, where they continue to oversee marketing strategy planning and brand management.

Throughout their career, Ariel has demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a dedication to providing top-notch customer service.

Ariel Coccimiglio completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from the University of Utah, which spanned from 2009 to 2017. In 2022, Ariel pursued additional education at the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) in the field of Project Management.
