Tamara M.

Tamara M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Tamara worked as the Director Customer Experience at Veterans Guardian from December 2019 till present, where they were responsible for overseeing customer experience initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Intake Sales Manager at Veterans Guardian from October 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Veterans Guardian, Tamara worked at Pro Image Photography as a Manager for almost 7 years, from September 2011 to August 2018. In this role, they collaborated with senior military leaders to plan and execute joint projects, managed daily office operations, and supervised a team of up to ten support employees. Tamara also implemented operational processes and improved protocols to enhance productivity and decrease errors.

Tamara's professional journey began at CACI International Inc in November 2007, where they served as a Team Leader. In this role, they supervised a team of Data Entry Operators across two office locations on a U.S. Army installation until December 2009.
