Ashley Earles, MPH, PMP

Ashley Earles, MPH, PMP has a strong background in research project management and health education. Ashley worked as a Project Manager at the Veterans Medical Research Foundation, where they coordinated and led multiple research groups, managed timelines, and developed standard operating procedures. Prior to this, they served as a Research Health Science Specialist at the San Diego Va Health Care System, where they managed multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget. Ashley also worked as a Health Educator at the UCSD Center for Wireless and Population Health Systems, where they implemented recruitment strategies and provided counseling sessions on health strategies. Ashley gained experience in community outreach as a Community Outreach Liaison at Palomar Health, conducting research and developing health promotion materials. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate at Active Living Research, recruiting study participants, collecting data, and counseling subjects throughout the study. Ashley has a Master's in Public Health and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ashley Earles, MPH, PMP has a strong educational background in public health and psychology. Ashley began their education by completing their Associate of Arts degree in Psychology at Moorpark College from 2006 to 2008. Ashley then continued their studies at San Diego State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2008 to 2010. Ashley further pursued their passion for public health by earning their Master of Public Health degree from San Diego State University from 2011 to 2014, specializing in this field of study.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ashley Earles has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification. This certification was earned from the Project Management Institute in November 2020, showcasing their expertise and proficiency in project management.
