David Nishimura

David Nishimura has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. David started their career at USACE in 2011 as a Civil Engineer, specializing in infrastructure assessments in the Pacific Ocean region. David then joined Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) in 2016 as a Construction Manager. Currently, they are working as the CEO/Manager at Veterans NW Construction, a commercial general contractor based in Seattle, WA. In this role, they oversee the preconstruction, construction, and design-build services for various projects.

David Nishimura received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002. David later earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2008.
