Lou Giampiccolo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lou began their career in 1981 as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving until 2001. In 1996, they worked as a recruiter for IMI Systems Inc. From 1998 to 2008, they served as Vice President of Service and Quality at Ensemble Chimes Global. In 2008, they briefly worked as VP of Business Development at IQNavigator + Beeline. Lou then joined PRO Unlimited as a Regional Account Manager, leaving in 2010 to become an Account Vice President at Verizon, working with The Bartech Group. In 2017, they became an Executive Principal at Crossfire Consulting until 2018. Currently, Lou serves as the Senior Vice President at Veterans Sourcing Group, LLC.
