Moses Maddox

Moses Maddox is an experienced talent development professional currently serving as the Recruitment and Talent Development Manager at Veterans to Energy Careers since November 2015. Starting as an unpaid volunteer, Moses significantly contributed to program development due to expertise in talent management. Previously, Moses worked as a Fellowship Program Specialist at The Mission Continues, overseeing veteran volunteer performance and coaching. Experience at Palomar College as a GI Bill Certifying Official involved resolving issues with VA benefits and maintaining student files, while earlier as a Financial Aid Associate at Cal State San Marcos, Moses coordinated various financial aid programs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global, a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University San Marcos, and an Associate degree from Palomar College.
