Joseph Ellison

Joseph Ellison is an experienced finance professional with a focus on capital markets, currently serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at Veterans United Home Loans since July 2012. In this role, Joseph enhances the lives of a team involved in product development, secondary market strategies, post-closing, and servicing. Prior to this, Joseph held a similar position at Freedom Mortgage from March 2010 to July 2012, managing teams in product development, pricing, hedging, trading, shipping, and analytics. Joseph began the career as an MBS Trader at Quicken Loans from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities included mortgage hedging and risk analysis for a five billion dollar pipeline. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from American InterContinental University.
