Loreli Perez Wilson

Loreli Perez Wilson, CDP, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in HR and people services, currently serving as the Director of People Services at Veterans United Home Loans since October 2011. In this role, Loreli has been recognized for effectively aligning HR programs with company strategies and has expanded responsibilities through collaboration with cross-functional leaders. Prior experience includes managing a data-driven diversity recruitment plan to enhance representation and overseeing various HR functions as a Generalist and Recruiter. Earlier career roles at IBM involved positions as a People Program Administrator and Technical Recruiter.
