Christian Griebenow

Christian Griebenow serves as CEO of Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Germany since October 2017, while also holding various board positions, including Vorstandsmitglied at Vétérinaires Sans Frontières International and the Deutsches Zentrum für die sektorübergreifende Bekämpfung vernachlässigter Tropenkrankheiten. In addition, Christian is a Vorstandsmitglied at VENRO and was previously on the board of the Deutsches Netzwerk gegen vernachlässigte Tropenkrankheiten until July 2023. Christian's involvement in global health is further exemplified through participation in the Global Health Hub Germany. Prior roles include Geschäftsführer at Klima-Kollekte gGmbH and Fraktionsreferent for foreign and security policy with the Fraktion Bündnis 90/ Die Grünen in the German Bundestag. Educational credentials include degrees from Technische Universität Dresden, University of Basel, and Università degli studi Roma TRE, along with specialized training from ZIF - Zentrum für Internationale Friedenseinsätze gGmbH.
