Lynette Sikulu

Lynette Sikulu is a seasoned professional in Human Resource Management with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resource Manager for Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Germany since December 2009, Lynette has enhanced staffing efficiency and optimized recruitment processes across East Africa and the Horn of Africa. Previously, Lynette held roles as a Program Manager and Senior Social Worker at TEULE KENYA, where operational plans and social work management improved program efficiency and case reporting. Early professional contributions include facilitating career training for medical students at Life Ministry Kenya. Lynette holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Railways Training Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Community Development from Daystar University.
