Ivana Novosel

Ivana Novosel is an experienced professional in the veterinary and geology sectors, currently serving as the Senior International Talent Manager at Veterinary Emergency Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ivana founded IMLocum, a platform connecting veterinary clinics with qualified professionals, and held various talent acquisition positions at VetStrategy. In addition to being a board member of the Registered Veterinary Technologists & Technicians of Canada, Ivana has a strong background as a Registered Veterinary Technologist and extensive experience in geology, having worked at Shell as a Geologist and Project Manager. Ivana's educational qualifications include degrees in geology from McMaster University and the University of Victoria, as well as a certification in Animal Health from Olds College and training in dog behavior and training.
