Caitlyn Cloutier

Caitlyn Cloutier is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and previously as a Human Resources Generalist at Veterinary Innovative Partners since September 2022. Prior to this role, Caitlyn worked for the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center from March 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining payroll and benefits as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator and supporting various human resources functions as a Human Resources Representative. Caitlyn's experience also includes serving as a Human Resource Coordinator at LGC+D and an HR Intern at The Jan Companies, along with earlier roles in customer service. An alumnus of Johnson & Wales University, Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource.
