Nicole Pace

Nicole Pace has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicole worked as a Chief Operating Officer at Veterinary Specialty Services from April 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from March 2016 to July 2019. Before that, Nicole served as the Colorado Area Manager and Hospital Manager at VCA Animal Hospitals from June 2014 to March 2016. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Communications Officer at the City of O'Fallon, where they were responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatching resources. Nicole also gained experience as a Probation Officer Assistant at the United States Probation Office, Eastern District of Missouri, from 2010 to 2011 and as a Veterinary Technician at VCA Antech from 1999 to 2008. Nicole's early career included working as a Veterinary Technician at Washington University School of Medicine from 2005 to 2007.

Nicole Pace obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Lindenwood University between 2003 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lindenwood University from 2010 to 2012.
