Velva Burley Flowers, D.Min, M.Div., M.S., CDP is a highly experienced professional who currently serves as the Pastor of Children and Families at LifeChurch Southfield and the Director of People Operations at Veterinary United. Velva is also the Chief Empowerment Officer and President of Flowers Institute, LLC. Additionally, Velva is the Co-founder of anSpire Ministries and has a background in leadership development and youth development. Throughout their career, Velva has held various leadership roles and has a strong educational background with degrees in Health Administration, Theology, Business Administration, and a high school diploma from Central High.
