Erika McDaniel

Erika McDaniel has extensive experience in program management and customer service across various organizations. Currently serving as a Training Assistant and Career Specialist at VetJobs since June 2022, Erika also manages the gymnastics program for ages 3-18 at Center Stage Performing Arts Studio since September 2019, emphasizing safety and technique in instruction. Previously, Erika was the Director of Programs & Services at FOREVERDADS, where administrative procedures and organizational policies were developed and overseen. In earlier roles as a Family Assistance Specialist at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) and Skyline Ultd Inc., Erika assessed customer needs and maintained information in management systems, while also holding the position of Team Lead at Cheer Elite, where support was provided to a competitive athletic program.
