Managing Director Business Unit Cz+sk at Vetropack Holding

Boris Sluka is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and business development, currently serving as Managing Director for the Business Unit CZ+SK at Vetropack Group since August 2017. Prior roles include Managing Director at MATADOR AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, overseeing the management of a 1500-employee automotive group and leading strategic initiatives, including the launch of new plants in the Czech Republic, Russia, and Slovakia from 2010 to 2017. Sluka has also held positions as General Manager at companies such as Trens a.s., where stabilization during a crisis was achieved, and Plastic Omnium, where Sluka managed a greenfield project in Poland. Additional experience includes management roles at Matador a.s., Plastic Omnium, Bramac Roofing Systems, and Jacobs Suchard Figaro. Boris Sluka holds an Engineer’s Degree in Construction and Transportation Structures from Slovak Technical University in Bratislava.
